• Using your own personal funds to play — not third-party funds, loans, or illegally obtained money.

3 Registration & Account Management

Registering a kis819 account is free and straightforward. You will need to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during sign-up, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and date of birth.

Every kis819 member is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone — including family members.

• Each user is only permitted one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account information must reflect your true identity. The account name must match the name of the registered payment method owner.
• You must notify kis819 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Kis819 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• All game results are final and not subject to dispute unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error confirmed by our system.

Kis819 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Reporting or facilitating fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.

• Kis819's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the member's net deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
